And with surging flood waters, there's more concern of the 3 Gorges Dam collapsing. But with the people of China suffering, the Chinese Communist Party and Xi Jinping have begun a pathetic response to the China floods, staging fake meetings with victims and focusing more on food waste campaign targeting mukbang to cover up an impending food shortage throughout the country
