There are several new platforms for people to buy and sell trading cards which are contributing to the continued price decline across most card markets.
Platforms like TikTok, Whatnot, Twitter, Facebook, YouTube, etc...have diluted the buyers pool and hurt overall prices.
This is great news for collectors who can find great deals...or at least much lower prices on some of their favorite Football, Basketball, Baseball and Marvel cards for example.
In the past the card market solely eBay. Now people can choose from eBay, YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, BlowoutCards Forums, WhatNot, Mercari, and more!
