In this video I explain what chroma therapy is. My experience with color therapy. I read a very brief scientific article which explains further how color effects our bodies giving it a boost in regard to healing. Also color effects our mood, aids in relief from relief anxiety, and helps various emotional issues and mental issues. I explain the use of Color Cards. The color cards were bought a few years back and I used them to begin my own healing with Chiari Malformation and Menieres Disease. The author of he cards used in this video is Inna Segal and the name of those cards are The Secret Language of Color Cards.
