In this video I share art therapy cards! They help with anxiety and calm one’s mind aiding in healing. I do show the cards in detail and just the kit as a whole. They do come with coloring pencils as well and they are great for kids, tweens, teens, and adults. Chromotherapy really does help the body as color is part of our aura, our light, our soul. We are a light and when the body becomes sick, it inherently knows what to look for, touch, see, eat, smell etc. Pay attention to those cues!!
