This is my cat and her name is sassy Mae! She is a huge part of my healing and always has fun.. She’s very in tune with me and I’m very in tune with her and we are just relaxing here this morning listening to some jazz! She seems to be enjoying it!

Animals, our pets are such a huge part of healing both physically and mentally. They help us heal and that has been studied and proven just as creating and working with color has!!! The combination is awesome!
