Pulled a gun on a man Part 2

This starts after the man returns. I have my issues with Constables Pct 4 in Harris County but I have to give credit where credit is due. They recognized the situation for what it was did what they needed to do. No loss of life.
Sorry for video being vertical and not horizontal but the man shooting the video had to do what he did and still hold the camera. This is video from the time we called the cops to come back until he was placed in the ambulance.
