In Episode 26, Cat and I break down for you Track 2 from our latest album, The Olympians. This track is called Poseidon's Stormy Seas. It's a very long and complicated instrumental progressive metal track, and as with all the track from The Olympians, it references the mythology and religion of ancient Greece and the Olympian gods of Mount Olympus.

We'll give you the background on the concepts in writing this track, what we were trying to portray through the music and some insight into our though process, section by section of the song.
