Urgent: Jasper, Texas - City Councilman Land - SRPA Money being spent

City of Jasper Texas, City Councilman Anderson Land sits down to update the public about SRMPA money being spent to put the City of Jasper in the Broadband Internet Business. Basically, the City Council of Jasper has refused to pass SRMPA rebate/refund back to the people of Jasper and instead are choosing to start a for profit business division to compete with a number of other Broadband Internet providers in the area.
