The assassination attempt of US Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh was a huge deal which was "buried by the media," says Recastled CEO Kosha Gada.
It comes as the US Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v Wade ruling, which gave women the constitutional right to abortion.
Nicholas John Roske allegedly travelled from California to Maryland and showed up in the neighbourhood of Mr Kavanaugh during the early morning hours of June 8, according to Fox News.
He was armed with a knife, pistol, ammunition, zip ties, pepper spray, duct tape, and other items that he allegedly told police that he was intending to use in order to kill the Supreme Court justice.
The individual told police at the time that he had become upset by the leaked draft opinion that could spell out the reversal of Roe v. Wade.
Mr Roske has since pleaded not guilty to one count of attempting to assassinate a justice of the US Supreme Court.
Ms Gada said examples like this compounded by the official overturn of the ruling show things are "going to get possibly worse" before they get better.
"The Kavanaugh assassination is a case in point ... it was quite buried by the media and that was very very dark," she told Rowan Dean.
