DANGERS OF FLOOR CRUNCHES

In this video, we went over the dangers of doing floor crunches to train the abdominals. This is an exercise that should be done seldom provided it can shorten the abdominals and bring us into bad posture. Additionally, the floor crunch only provides half range of motion. This is not ideals for working the full capacity of the abdominal musculature.
