It’s becoming easier to prosecute the motorist, in order to maintain standards.

Slowly but surely its becoming more and more easy to prosecute the motorist. One of my biggest bug bears is people who are too lazy to walk a few feet but inconvenience others by parking incorrectly.
As drivers we have to maintain a certain standard of driving to keep our licences, when we fall below that standard we can expect to lose it.
