Making Homemade Tomato Sauce

Join me as I make tomato sauce from scratch and see what we made for lunch too.
To make the sauce I blanch the tomatoes, peel them, and smash them with my potato masher (you could probably use a blender or something like that too. I just like the texture after using my masher.) (I think I did around 10 tomatoes per batch.)
Next , I did 2 TBSP of arrowroot powder to thicken it and brought it to a boil. Then jar it with 1 tsp(for a pint) of lemon juice. Then, put in a water bath for 45 minutes to seal the jar.
