Blanching Okra

Hey guys I decided to share this video on my hobby farm channel as well as my Southern Food Junkie Channel. I hope you find this information valuable. Blanching Okra is a great way to preserve it if you have an overabundance of Okra or if you are like me and only getting a small amount at a time. I can save this Okra by blanching it and then use it later on when I have enough to make a meal out of or can use in the winter in soups and stews. Okra makes a great natural thickener in soups and stews so it is a great addition to them.
