This morning in #Ballarat, #Victoria all the way in #Australia, a mother was arrested for allegedly “incitement” for sharing a Facebook post about anti-lockdown protests taking place. The mother, Zoe Lee, was taken into custody an hour before her ultrasound appointment. Officers confiscated all of the phones and devices from the home. The footage you are watching is only made available because it was streamed to Facebook Live.

This was today, in Ballarat at approximately 2.50pm.

She had an ultrasound appointment scheduled for approximately 4pm.

Her name is Zoe Lee.

They confiscated and took ALL devices from the house.

“They’ve taken all devices in the house including her partners and sisters phones”

“I’ve just watched a video from a woman named Zoe and she has been arrested for ‘incitement’ about the protest. All because she shared the picture. 😬” She shared the details of the Ballarat Freedom Day peaceful protest on the 5th September on Facebook.

“They’ve come to her house with a search warrant and arrested her.”

The video only went up because it was being live-streamed.
