US Court Rules NSA Spying Illegal

A positive story in 2020? Yes! Believe it or not, we actually won a small victory for civil liberties. Unfortunately this ruling still may be appealed to the Supreme Court, and even if its upheld it is unlikely the NSA will do much to change its mass surveillance program, which was never authorized to begin with.
