The drums are for keeping track of your breath, but don't worry if you don't pay attention and breathe to that rhythm. It's more for people who find it difficult to meditate with a wandering mind to have something to pay attention to so they can more easily get into the relaxed state of mind. If you're relaxed and forget the breathing pattern, don't worry.

When I mention things that could be receiving healing, they are just possibilities for people to consider what all could be helped with meditation. What gets healed is always based on your PERSONAL preferences because your body knows what YOU, specifically, want healed.

The beginning of the meditation is just to get you to relax, the middle section is to focus on the healing, and the third section without my speaking is just ambiance / music to relax to until you want to get up and finish the meditation session.
