In this video I explain how I got permission to fly my paramotor out of my local uncontrolled airport and to show how I perform each leg of the traffic pattern including the radio calls.

At this airfield fixed wing aircraft make a pattern which keeps them on the east side of the field while others such as paramotors, skydivers, and helicopters make a pattern that keeps them to the west. This keeps different types of aircraft separated. In this video I'm using runway 23 which means I make a right pattern.

As a paramotorist, I don't recommend remaining in the traffic pattern. I only did this to demonstrate and explain each leg of the traffic pattern. Normally after launch, I leave the area as soon as I safely can.
