Air Compressor sludge - Looks like Pudding

Just reminder to drain your air compressor, I was having a bit of trouble getting the sad little nut loose to drain my compressor. Well it finally came loose and goes what, tons of water and what looks like poop.

I normally drain this a lot more but I couldn't for the life of it get the drain to open until this week.
