LEAKED! Protocols for Handling Dead or Living ETs, Crashed Saucers, Outlined in Government Manual.

In 1994, UFO researcher Don Berliner received in the mail a manila envelope that had no return address and contained a role of 35mm film that contained photographs of the pages from a Top-Secret Majestic-12 special operations manual.

The manual outlined procedures for government officials to follow when handling crashed flying saucers and dead or living aliens. Researchers throughout the years, most notably Dr. Robert Wood, and his son, Ryan Wood, authenticated the manual and skeptics have never successfully debunked the leaked document.
