In this video we shall discuss the necessary set theory definitions and functions required to analyze an election. These definitions and functions are: Set, Union, Intersection, Difference, Symmetric Difference, Disjoint, Complementary, Subset, Superset, Cardinality and Ordering.
In Sections II and III I demonstrate how to implement and code these functions to rapidly sort through a dataset of precinct level voting data by their County Names and Congressional Districts.
