Ladies and gentlemen, I have been following this Mega Man fangame since it was first announced, and at long last a playable demo has dropped! Welcome to the intro stage demo for the in-development fangame Mega Man: Perfect Blue!

Unlike most Mega Man fangames, this one takes on a completely different art style, almost like a 16-bit feel, and it looks absolutely beautiful. A gorgeous change of scenery.

This game also offers two different playable characters. Like in the other fangame Mega Man Rock & Roll (which I still need to get around to playing once I get my new gaming laptop), you can play as either Mega Man or Roll (or as she's called in this game, Roll-Chan). Mega Man plays the same as he always did, but unlike in Rock & Roll, Roll's playstyle in Perfect Blue is completely different from Mega Man. She plays more like Zero from the Mega Man X series, with her broom taking the place of Zero's sword. Her broom can pierce enemy armor, and she can dash-jump unlike Mega Man who loses his extra slide speed when jumping out of it.

I will show off the intro stage as both characters in this demo. And after my experience, I can safely say I will be a Roll main when the final release drops. She almost feels completely OP!
