Gohmert in Judiciary Markup: Let's Have a Legislative Hearing "Instead of Ramming This Through"

Congressman Louie Gohmert (TX-01) spoke in a House Judiciary Committee Markup regarding H.R. 6196, the Trademark Modernization Act of 2020.
He discussed the importance of trademark law and noted, I wish that we could slow down and hear form experts to get a better view of just what damage could possibly be done by this bill. He added, I sure would hope that we could have a legislative hearing instead of just ramming this through thinking that we know all, see all, and can do what is best for Mt. Olympus in the District of Columbia.
