Redneck 360 Soft Sided blind & Kentucky hunting land vlog DAY 1 of 2. Mowing fall food plots?

DAY 1 of 2. Join me for some fresh air, sunshine, hard work and more on today's DAY 1 of 2 Kentucky hunting land VLOG! Today I will fully assemble a Redneck 360 soft sided blind on one of my DIY home made 10 foot deer towers to complete one of my two Twin towers on our new Western Kentucky hunting land farm! Also, since we've had a dry and hot spell lately, the weeds have infiltrated my fall food plots so I am taking some measures to try to help them along from being totally consumed by weeds! First I will overseed some more clover on all of the bare spots, then I will fertilize the entire plots and then I will bush hog/mow the plots, at LOW rpm to clip off the weed grass, as well as all of the winter rye, winter wheat, triticale, and oats to stimulate new growth, which is what the deer prefer. This will also provide a light mulch layer on top of the clover seed and fertilizer to help seal in some moisture from the dew every night. In a perfect world you usually don't want to mow your fall food plots for deer, but when battling excessive weed competition and marginal germination and growth, sometimes desperate times call for desperate measures! Also, I can say, with 100% certainty, that Northern states have much less of a challenge battling invasive weeds than southern states due to much more heat and humidity, which the weeds just seem to thrive on!
