Putin does not agree with a mirrored response to NATO's training exercises

Russian President Vladimir Putin told his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko, on Saturday, that he doesn't support his suggestion of offering “a mirror response” to NATO aircraft training flights.

This is particularly interesting given Lithuania recently sanctioned the importing of goods into Kaliningrad.
