What I use to film : Sony ZV1
What I use to edit: iMovie ( on my Macbook )

Chocolate Mint smoothie:
2 large frozen bananas
2 tbsp hemp seed
3/4 cup milk of choice
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tsp lions mane mushroom powder (optional)
7-10 mint leaves ( sub 1/2 tsp peppermint extract )
large handful of spinach
heaping tbsp cocoa nibs

Spicy "tuna" hand rolls
1/2 can chickpeas
2 tbsp mayo
1 tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tsp toasted sesame oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp ginger powder
sriracha to taste

Watermelon salad:
1/4 - 1/2 small watermelon
1/2 avocado
lots of vegan feta
black pepper to taste
good pinch of chipotle powder
1/4 cup basil ( loosely packed )
1/4 limes juice
