A little tip for self-forgiveness

To forgive something from the past, you have to live in the here and now. How do you achieve this? A little practice makes the beginning successful.
- Get a small box
- Take one or more sheets of paper and a pen
- Now write each on a piece of paper
Mistakes you made in the past. That which won't let you go.
Write down what qualities you don't like about yourself.
- Fold the paper.

- The next step is to throw the slips of paper into the box. BUT: Every time you put a note in the box, you say that you forgive yourself. "I forgive myself".

Do this exercise until you feel you have forgiven yourself.
