After a huge backlash from the internet after the trailer was revealed, the Sonic The Hedgehog movie was promised to be redesigned. The director Jeff Fowler announced on Twitter that Sonic would be redesigned from the ground up for the film. Many questioned if those working on the film could still meet the November 8th release date, and to no one's surprise, it was just announced today that the movie will be delayed until February 14th of 2020.
