Fashion shows are categorized by clothing type first, and by season second. Style.com organizes its shows into five categories: ready-to-wear, couture, menswear, resort and pre-fall. As a dresser you show up at the backstage door, three hours before the show starts. If the set isn't organized, you assemble the clothing stands and hang the clothes without creasing them. Then you organize the clothes, making sure that each "look" has all the pieces – jacket, top, bottom, bags, accessories – together.
