Swing Through Low Hands for Better Impact - Do you struggle with golf swing transition? Looking for the perfect golf swing? Low hands through impact golf swings are paramount if you want good golf ball striking and it's not complicated. Hitting it solid is all down to golf swing basics for good players and beginner golfers alike work.

So many golfers stretch towards the ball and their hands are too high, so low hands in golf swings are the key to enable you to swing more freely. This is especially important senior golfers when you have less flexibility as you get older – but it work for all ages of golfer so well worth adapting this position.

What we mean by high hand golf swing is that if you slightly bent over and let your hands fall and dangle, this is the position you need to be in when addressing the ball, high hands will prevent you from making good contact with the ball and also restrict your swing.

When you have low hands you will find that you can rotate better with your golf swing and a lot more flexibility, so the way to get into the correct position of where your hands need to be, simply take your posture and stance and just let you hands drop freely downwards, that is where your hands need to be at address.

If you can adapt this low hands drill to your golf game it will definitely improve your ball striking and consistency especially in your senior years, if you have been a golfer and have always adapted the ‘stretched hands to the ball method’ then this will take some practice to get it right for your golf game.
