In Kiev, rockets hit a residential high-rise building again

The Kiev authorities reported that a rocket hit a residential building in the Shevchenko district.

The upper floors of the building are partially destroyed, there are victims. At the moment, one dead person is known for sure. Rescuers are dismantling the rubble.

Kiev residents began to return home en masse, so there are quite a lot of people under the rubble.

"We hear that people are under the rubble, they are alive. Rescuers are now trying to get them," said the Mayor of Kiev Vitali Klitschko.
