This video shows you how to zoom in and out of video clips in Shotcut. It demonstrates the main 2 methods and gives you step by step instructions on how to do a quick zoom, and a smooth zoom. There is also a third way to zoom in Shotcut, using the handles in the timeline, however, I find these result to be inconsistent when using transitions and applying other effects. Using the quick-zoom or smooth-zoom method in the video allows you to work with all the transitions without needing to consider whether they will work with other transitions.
