US Senate Votes Down Roe v. Wade Codification

Today the U.S. Senate voted down S. 4132 or the Women's Health Protection Act, which would have codified Roe v. Wade into law across the country. This would mean any state law would be wiped out. Although the needed 60 votes was far from close at 49, the main focus was on Manchin and his comments following the vote.
