Project Monsoon Update

It has been one month since our last gifting, Project Monsoon, and the results have been extraordinary. Predictably, the news media has been decidedly less enthusiastic than we are about these atmospheric improvements, and the resulting precipitation. They report on it reluctantly, while downplaying these positive changes and keeping the humans in a state of fear. We do the opposite!
