Waterfall vs Agile: It takes Leadership to be Agile

Waterfall vs agile is a dominant question in the minds of IT managers in today's environment. Waterfall is still the dominant method of software development in our large corporations today. I personally did a study of leading experts in the IT development and IT management fields. This video shares the results of that study. I found that nearly all of those corporations wish they were Agile, but old habits die hard in businesses where software development is not their core competency. It takes leadership to be agile, and leaders who don't understand agile methods will quickly revert to using a waterfall method.
