Using this cable by Hyperkin, the Nintendo Wii will support up to 480p. Judge for yourself on how well the cable functions. I use Super Mario Galaxy and Super Mario Galaxy 2 as my test games. Those games seem appropriately timed, given the Mario 35th Anniversary and the re-release of Super Mario Galaxy tomorrow on 9/18/2020.
