1 Chicken Breast, 1/2 Cup Cheddar Cheese, 1/2 Cup Monterey Jack Cheese, 1 Jalapeno (seeded and
sliced thinly , 2 Tbls Water, 2 Tbls fajita Seasoning (from packet). 1 Cup Shredded Lettuce, 1/2 Cup Salsa , Sour Cream & Guacamole (Optional)
