Prime Minister Justin Trudeau visits the Kigali Genocide Memorial during his official visit to Rwanda. The memorial is the final resting place for more than 250,000 victims of the genocide against the Tutsi during the Rwandan Civil War. The prime minister is visiting Kigali on a four-day official visit to represent Canada at the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting.
