In Episode 15 I discuss with Deanne Rose, a holistic love, sex, and relationship coach. She is also a former marathoner, triathelete, and a massage therapist for over 25 years.

There aren't many areas of our lives which are so fundamental to the human experiences, yet so stigmatized, misunderstood, and often times abused, as sex is. It seems that in the West we either repress this side of ourselves, or we overindulge in it to satisfy our egoistic needs and addictions.

Needless to say that both of these approaches come with their own set of problems.

As often it is the case, the golden middle path is the solution. We can find the answers in the vast wisdom of the Far East in the form of techniques practiced by the gurus of India and Tibet, as well as Taoist masters in China.

These highly effective methods do not repress, nor abuse and waste the most powerful energy in our bodies. Instead one seeks to retain, transmute, and utilize in this energy.

Imagine the following: You are much healthier and more energetic than you used to be. You are more creative. Better attuned to the nature within and without, in touch with your and your partner's body. Growing on a spiritual level. Your relationship is flourishing since you are more connected to you partner, more present and in love. On top of all that, your sex life is better than you ever though possible.
