Failing versus Failure Fireside Chat: Perhaps you needed to hear this #Shorts

It is perfectly okay to fail! Have you done your best? My intention is to encourage you as I do my students. Fail and failure is something I see every day in the classroom and school atmosphere. As we get older our circumstances change and we can get in the bad habit of internalizing what we have failed and turn those into an identity.
