the REAL reason employers can't find workers in 2022

The sign says "up to $15/hr" Comcast tells me I get "up to" 960 mbps. In reality, I get 10-20 mbps if I am lucky. I know better than to believe "up to" - I think the job market does too.

Is it so hard to just provide an honest, realistic range?
