¼ cup of Potato Starch,
4 Eggs – Divided (Whites to Snow)
½ cup of Melted Butter,
½ cup of Sugar,
½ cup of Dried Apricots – Chopped,
½ cup of Dried Pineapples – Chopped,
1 tbsp of Maraschino,
1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract.
Our wine from Lombardia is InVino, Pinot Noir, 2020, an elegant and light bodied red wine. Flavors and aromas include black cherry, black fruit, currant, wild cherries and dark berry.
