Blanching and Canning Pickled Beets | Making Borscht Soup Recipe, Edmonton Corn Maze Gardening

Today We Blanch and peel beets for canning and make some sweet homestyle pickled beets. We also get making Borscht Soup Recipe with the extra beets we had. Can and pickle some cucumbers and do some gardening in Alberta, Canada then head out to the Edmonton Corn maze and enjoy the fall weather in Alberta. Later we head over to Outlook Park to end the day and look over the valley at the smoke rolling in from all the fires in the United States.
