So a YouTuber named Upper Echelon Gaming posted a video clearly NOT intended for children. However, it was flagged as "made for kids" and a YouTube staff member confirmed it with a manual review. This is my concern. Not COPPA itself or the FTC, but how YouTube's "Machine Learning" will handle the new rules.
