to let go, to find well-being and to deeply rest. It's great if you're feeling stressed out, overwhelmed, exhausted or just plain in need of some down time.

Set to a gentle piece of soothing music this body scan guided meditation takes you into a deep state of relaxation by giving the brain something to focus on - the body!

Usually our minds like to entertain us with thoughts and feelings of things that are of no consequence during a relaxation, so we give it purpose so that we can gain even more benefits from this exercise.

No prior knowledge or experience of meditation is required, simply lie back, and follow along. Alternatively, feel free to sit and watch the calming lights on screen as you focus on my words.
