Today Spunky & I Harvest Japanese Butterbur! It's Edible, But I Thought it was a Weed!

Hello Everyone! Welcome to my channel, The Kamakura Gardener! Today I'm harvesting a wild plant commonly found here in the Kanto Plain area of Japan.
