Xbox Buys Bethesda (ZeniMax). The Future Is xCloud! Will Microsoft Leave The Console Wars?

Recently, Xbox (Microsoft) announced their acquisition of Bethesda's parent company ZeniMax Media for $7.5 billion. I believe that Microsoft could be transitioning from game hardware manufacturer (i.e. the Xbox line) to software provider, which is something from their wheelhouse.

xCloud was announced some time ago and has been released. With that, they could migrate their entire system to a single app and make these games available across the board.
