New York Giants Hit With Another Big Injury

The New York Giants have placed wide receiver Sterling Shepard on Injured Reserve with turf toe. Shepard will miss a minimum of three weeks as quarterback Daniel Jones loses yet another playmaker. Darius Slayton, Golden Tate, Damion Ratley, and C.J. Board remain at wide receiver for the Giants after Shepard's injury. They could look to the practice squad to add a player like Binjimen Victor or Derrick Dillon prior to Sunday's game vs the San Francisco 49ers. The 49ers will be without Nick Bosa, Solomon Thomas, Richard Sherman, Deebo Samuel, and potentially Jimmy Garoppolo.
