Kern County community reacts to Roe v. Wade decision

The Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v. Wade will have a range of impacts in states across the nation and even here at home. People were out today both protesting and celebrating the ruling. 23ABC’s Breanna Polk was in downtown Bakersfield with more about local rallies that took place today and what residents had to say.
