A Busy Day in the Garden & Kitchen

Today was a great day to prune my blueberry bushes. I also checked on the fermenting homemade kimchi that I made earlier in the week; checked on the honey garlic and used them for a nice marinade and topping on short ribs. Also, a beautiful day for an afternoon walk!
