On this episode of MYG I am joined by the amazing Terry Clark who prepares a fun beer cocktail inside of a beer can. This video will be published just in time for National Drink Beer day 9/28/20.
**************************************
Silent Dove
2 oz. (60ml) El Silencio Mezcal
1 oz. (30ml) Ramazzotti Aperitivo Rosato
1.5 oz. (45ml) Grapefruit Syrup (Equal parts sugar & Grapefruit juice
1 oz. (30ml) Fresh lime juice
5 drops Lavendar bitters
2 small red pepper slices
Top with Modelo Beer
Instructions:
Combine the ingredients except the beer into a shaker and muddle gently to extract the flavor from the red pepper.
Add crushed ice and gently shake for 5 seconds.
Pour all the contents into the beer can.
Top with more crushed ice and then fill almost to the rim with Modelo beer.
Stir the ingredients to mix and top with more ice.
Garnish with mint, lavender, a dehydrated grapefruit peel, a little edible flower and two straws.
